I work with a range of difficulties, and therapy provides a reflective space for us to collaborate on how to bring about the change you are looking for. I work with what I call the process, which simply put is the pattern of interaction you have. I believe that people and behaviours exist in context, and that human beings are innately wired for connection. Many of the difficulties I have seen have ultimately come from a sense of a disconnection - from ourselves and others. I also believe that the only person we can change is ourselves, and that there can be a powerful domino-effect of change in our context when we make subtle changes to our own behaviours.
