Therapy Fees
£110 - £150 per 50-60 minute session
Therapy fees vary by practitioner. This is according to the years of experience, any additional trainings undergone, as well as the level of complexity that each Psychologist works with.
We are registered with all of the major Insurance companies. These include Axa PPP, Bupa, Cigna, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, and Helix. If your insurance company is not listed here, please enquire.
You will need to obtain pre-authorization from your provider before your first session, in order to ensure all fees is covered. Please note that depending on your policy, there may be an excess for you to pay.
ADHD Assessment Fees
£995
This includes the administration and scoring of pre-assessments questionnaires, a 2-3 hours clinical interview, report writing, and a feedback session that lasts 50 minutes.
If your assessment is being funded by your insurer, we may need to have a pre-assessment interview in order to write a letter to your insurer requesting authorization. This is charged at an additional £100.
For ADHD assessments, a deposit of £200 is required upfront to secure your booking. This will be forfeited if you do not give 48 hours notice cancellation, or if you miss the appointment. It will be deducted from the final amount once the assessment is complete.
The final amount is due before the release of the report.
Other Fees
If you require your Psychologist to provide any written content for you, such as letters to justify a disability allowance, make reasonable adjustments to a work or educational settings, or you would like a summary of the work done, this will be charged at a pro-rated hourly rate.
This excludes letters that we write to insurers to request further sessions.
Room Hire Fees
£16 per session
If you opt for in-person sessions, we will charge you an additional room hire fee. We have deliberately not included this in our therapy fees, as a lot of our work is done online, and we want to keep our fees as affordable as possible.
