Specialist therapy for adults and teens struggling with anxiety, self-confidence, relationships, and neurodiversity.
“If you plan on being anything less than you are capable of being, you will probably be unhappy all the days of your life.”
— Abraham Maslow

Meet the Team
-
Dianne Everitt - Practitioner Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Director
I am particularly passionate about working with high achievers and high functioning anxiety. If on the surface you look like you have it all together, but the implicit voice of self-doubt plagues you, then we will probably work well together.
I am someone who holds myself to a high standard, and so understand first hand the processes and challenges that come up for my clients. Some core themes in most of my work include the gap between potential and performance, self-criticism, boundaries, performance, and people pleasing. I work in a process driven, and solution-focused way.
-
Stephanie Ford - Practitioner Counseling Psychologist
I specialise in neurodiversity, trauma, complex PTSD, and inner child work, and work with both adolescents and adults. If you recognise feelings of shame or guilt, feel like you have to be self-sufficient and independent, and anxiety drives you to overcompensate for perceived shortfalls, we will likely work well together.
My style in therapy is warm, honest, and intuitive, and I work collaboratively to approach problems in a creative way. I have always had a particular interest in people who feel misunderstood or who aren’t given a voice.
-
Georgi Wallington - Practitioner Clinical Psychologist and CBT Specialist
I have worked with both adolescents and adults within the NHS for the past seven years. Before qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist, I worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I also have a special interest in long-term health conditions, pain and insomnia.
If you get stuck overthinking everything and constantly feel ‘on-edge’, then I can help. CBT provides a structured framework for understanding your triggers and how your earlier experiences and life events have influenced you, in order to create lasting change.

We have a bespoke neurodiversity service for young people and adults with autism and ADHD. We help you to understand how your brain is wired and how you interpret the world, and develop strategies to help you play to your strengths.
-

We offer diagnostic assessments for ADHD both adults and adolescents. We will conduct the assessment and provide you with a written report. Please email for availability if you would like to get this booked in.
Specialist Areas
We want to be the best at what we do, and so we only work with areas that we can confidently say we are expert in. We have highlighted our main areas of expertise below, but also offer online counselling in Guildford & Wimbledon for other difficulties when they overlap with these.
-
Anxiety
Anxiety is what happens when our brains signal that something bad is going to happen. This is supposed to be a protective function, but it becomes problematic when our brain continuously sounds a false alarm. In anxiety therapy, we work to rewire your neural pathways and deactivate some of those triggers.
-
Self-esteem
The image that we hold of ourselves is the foundation that drives most of our behaviour. If we see ourselves as inadequate, we will constantly be trying to elicit validation from others and trying to earn acceptance. This leaves us moving from one achievement to another and the effects are fleeting.
-
Relationships
Relationships are the essence of life. Whether you want to work on your relationship with yourself, some unfinished business from past relationships, are struggling with current relationships, or fearful of future relationships, our relationship counselling in Guildford and Wimbledon works to develop effective interpersonal strategies.
-
Burnout
Burnout is what happens when the cumulative effects of prolonged stress leave you feeling depleted. Your capacity to cope becomes reduced, brain fog sets in, and you feel like a less competent, less capable version of yourself. Our psychologists can help you pick up the pieces and find a sustainable rhythm.
-
Trauma and Complex PTSD
Sometimes we get stuck on experiences in our past that prevent us from living the life we want to live in the here and now. If there are experiences from your past that have left you with unfinished business and are holding you back, getting the right help from our empathetic psychologists can be life changing.
-
Autistic Spectrum Condition
Most people who are on the spectrum spend their lives with an underlying feeling that they are slightly different from everybody else. Therapy provides a space to understand these differences, offer support in challenges, and develop strategies to play to your strengths.
-
ADHD
ADHD can effect concentration and energy levels, as well as impulse control and the ability to regulate emotions. Learning to respond to emotions in a healthy way is like learning a new skill set, and is often the key to unlocking a more content life. We provide ADHD counselling via our online therapy sessions.
-
Parent Coaching
As parent herself, Dianne fully appreciate how helpless our children’s struggles can render us. Our online parent coaching gives you a space to gain a deeper understanding of what your child is struggling with, and what they might need from you.
How does it work?
Research repeatedly shows that the relationship between therapist and client is the single most important factor in determining the outcome of therapy. You need to find a therapist who is a good fit for you. This is not only about expertise that matches your difficulty, but also about style.
Because we believe this is the cornerstone of successful therapy, we offer a free 20 minute consultation with no obligation. One of our experienced psychologists in Guildford and Wimbledon will have an initial conversation with you, and match you with the therapist with the specialist skills to help you.
Use our convenient online booking system to book a free 20-minute consultation, with our online therapy sessions and coaching also available to book here.
