Meet the Team

  • Dianne Everitt - Clinical Psychologist

Dianne Everitt - Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Director

I am particularly passionate about working with high achievers and high functioning anxiety. If on the surface you look like you have it all together, but the implicit voice of self-doubt plagues you, then we will probably work well together.

I am someone who holds myself to a high standard, and understand the double-edged sword that can be. My style is warm, and I value humour, honesty and authenticity. I believe change happens from the inside out - when we can get to the root of why you are stuck, we can figure out how to create lasting change.

  • Stephanie Ford - Counselling Psychologist

    Stephanie Ford - Counselling Psychologist

I specialise in neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), trauma, complex PTSD, and inner child work, and work with both adolescents and adults. If you recognise feelings of shame or guilt, feel like you have to be self-sufficient and independent, and anxiety drives you to overcompensate for perceived shortfalls, we will likely work well together.

My style in therapy is warm, honest, and intuitive, and I work collaboratively to approach problems in a creative way. I have always had a particular interest in people who feel misunderstood or who aren’t given a voice, and aim to help you develop strategies to feel more grounded.

  • Dr Georgi Wallington - Clinical Psychologist and CBT Specialist

Dr Georgi Wallington - Clinical Psychologist

I have worked with both adolescents and adults within the NHS for the past seven years. Before qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist, I worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I also have a special interest in long-term health conditions, pain and insomnia.

If you get stuck overthinking everything and constantly feel ‘on-edge’, then I can help. CBT provides a structured framework for understanding your triggers and how your earlier experiences and life events have influenced you, in order to create lasting change.

  • Dr Deirdre O'Keeffe - Clinical Psychologist

Dr Deirdre O'Keeffe - Clinical Psychologist

With over 10 years’ experience of working in NHS services, I have a wealth of experience working with both adolescents and adults. I particularly enjoy working with people experiencing high levels of anxiety, self esteem difficulties, and imposter syndrome. If you are a high achiever, who has mastered the art of appearing to have it all together, then I would love to meet you.

I am also passionate about working with people who are neurodiverse (ADHD and ASD). I have completed specialist training enabling me to offer both assessment and treatment for neurodiversity, and draw on a range of therapies, including CBT, to create a bespoke treatment plan.

  • Lindsay Hardman - Counselling Psychologist

With 13 years as a practicing psychologist, I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, trauma and relationship difficulties. I have specialist training in Relationship Therapy and Brain Based therapy. Drawing on a systemic and interpersonal approach, I offer a unique and integrated perspective to my client’s therapeutic goals and needs.

If you find yourself stuck in a relational pattern that you would like to shift, struggling to come to terms with a relationship that has ended or feeling trapped in a spiral of anxiety, I would love to meet you.

Specialist Areas

We want to be the best at what we do, and so we only work with areas that we can confidently say we are expert in. We have highlighted our main areas of expertise below, but also offer online counselling in Guildford & Wimbledon for other difficulties when they overlap with these.

  • Anxiety counselling Guildford & Wimbledon

    Anxiety

Anxiety is what happens when our brains signal that something bad is going to happen. This is supposed to be a protective function, but it becomes problematic when our brain continuously sounds a false alarm. In anxiety therapy, we work to rewire your neural pathways and deactivate some of those triggers.

  • Self-esteem counselling Guildford & Wimbledon

    Self-esteem

The image that we hold of ourselves is the foundation that drives most of our behaviour. If we see ourselves as inadequate, we will constantly be trying to elicit validation from others and trying to earn acceptance. This leaves us moving from one achievement to another and the effects are fleeting.

  • Relationship counselling Guildford & Wimbledon

    Relationships

Relationships are the essence of life. Whether you want to work on your relationship with yourself, some unfinished business from past relationships, are struggling with current relationships, or fearful of future relationships, our relationship counselling in Guildford and Wimbledon works to develop effective interpersonal strategies.

  • Burnout therapy Guildford & Wimbledon

    Burnout

Burnout is what happens when the cumulative effects of prolonged stress leave you feeling depleted. Your capacity to cope becomes reduced, brain fog sets in, and you feel like a less competent, less capable version of yourself. Our psychologists can help you pick up the pieces and find a sustainable rhythm.

  • Trauma & Complex PTSD therapy Guildford & Wimbledon

    Trauma and Complex PTSD

Sometimes we get stuck on experiences in our past that prevent us from living the life we want to live in the here and now. If there are experiences from your past that have left you with unfinished business and are holding you back, getting the right help from our empathetic psychologists can be life changing.

  • Autistic Spectrum Condition therapy Guildford & Wimbledon

    Autistic Spectrum Condition

Most people who are on the spectrum spend their lives with an underlying feeling that they are slightly different from everybody else. Therapy provides a space to understand these differences, offer support in challenges, and develop strategies to play to your strengths.

  • ADHD counselling Guildford & Wimbledon

    ADHD

ADHD can effect concentration and energy levels, as well as impulse control and the ability to regulate emotions. Learning to respond to emotions in a healthy way is like learning a new skill set, and is often the key to unlocking a more content life. We provide ADHD counselling via our online therapy sessions.

  • Online parent coaching Guildford & Wimbledon

    Parenting

As parent herself, Dianne fully appreciates how helpless our children’s struggles can render us. Our online parent coaching gives you a space to gain a deeper understanding of what your child is struggling with, and what they might need from you.
